Truly Bizarro!
No, this is not our back yard today. This is a picture of our backyard at this point last year. This year we are being forsaken by King Winter, apparently.
At 8:15 this morning it was 60o outside. Today is the 5th of January. We are supposed to have spring-like thunderstorms today, followed by 72otemperatures tomorrow. Very strange.
I so hope we don't get our comeuppance for this weather with three consecutive blizzards in March...

sorry to say, but we seem to be getting all the snow for the whole country for the whole winter here in CO. we got another 7 inches last night! what the heck? we usually get a cpl inches here and there and it melts w/in a day or two. not this winter. the white stuff is here to stay.
i can't believe how warm is has been elsewhere in the country. on the national news tonight, they blamed it on el nino. /shrug

Strange downunder too. We had 34 degrees Cel. in spring for two days then three days later it snowed. What craziness!
