6 Weeks Of Brotherhood
Liam and Kieran have been brothers for six weeks now, and things are going well. Some photos from Week 6:
I found some of my funky lab safety glasses in the basement. It seems Liam is considering a career as a chemist!
Can you tell some of us are all about the trains and the fire engines?
Kieran got left at home with Mommy while the big boys went to the zoo. He doesn't look too upset about it, though.
Ha! Fooled ya! This is not Kieran. It's Liam, only he was about 10 weeks old at the time this picture was taken. Note the family resemblance. Also? Liam may be all about trains, but Mommy is all about hand-me-downs.

Aww. I love "brothers". And, from these shots, they really do look so much alike! What fun.

Too cute! Little Guy asks to hold baby sister, too. I let him hold her once while he was standing up, (of course I never took my hands off her) and when he was done he simply dropped his arms and walked away. Again, I had to use my new mantra, "Never, never try to pick her up when Mommy is not with you, OK?" :)

Hi,
I work for Pathways Awareness Foundation, an organization that recently got together a group of surgeons, physical therapists, pediatricians and nurses who are experts on early motor development to come up with a set of tummy time standards. The recommendations deal with how much tummy time babies need, how to incorporate it into your baby's day, and what exactly to do with a newborn vs. a 3-week-old. With your blog entry on tummy time, I thought you might be interested in this article. I hope the link is helpful! http://www.pathwaysawareness.org/?q=whatcanido/276
