ACK!

And now for Breaking News from the Misery Loves Company Department:

Liam has a cold. Again. I have a cold. Again. Also! There is talk of another big snowstorm for the Northeast next weekend.

Really, being how it's still mid-February and all, I have no right to ask the following question:

When is Spring coming?

Nonetheless, if someone could tell me with confidence that the answer to this question is "tomorrow", or even "next week," I would be one happy camper. Anyone?

  • Seriously?

    Aw... man.

Clearly, I am equally done with winter. My sympathy to you and Liam on the cold front -- and to all of us on this apparent approaching storm. Sigh...

  • Yup. Seriously. Some of the models are trying to pin a Nor'easter over the DC - Boston area Sunday night into Monday. Which would mean another snow day Monday :( It's to far off to predict with any certainty, so let's hope this isn't true.

Thanks for the sympathy. I'm doing a bit better tonight, and Liam seems to be a day or so behind me. Hopefully he'll perk up soon.

  • Thanks, Chichimama :)

Looks like the models have backed off the snow (for what it's worth), and now the forecast for next weekend is all about COLD! Not snow, but definitely not Spring, either.

  • Sorry to hear about your cold and the impending cold weather. We've jumped from 35 degrees to 75 over the past two days. I just wish we'd pick a season and stick with it. We seem to be over colds here, but Ethan has developed another rash that looks like contact dermatitis again. I only wish I knew what he occasionally comes in contact with that causes this rash. Hopefully this time he won't scratch in a staff infection. Oh, the life of a mom!
